It combines the character of a 100+ year-old building and the charm of a historic downtown district with the community atmosphere of a microbrewery. Offering an extensive beer & wine list, simple cocktails, along with a fine selection of bourbons, rums and Irish whiskeys all paired with our true Italian kitchen featuring a wide variety of dishes and wood fired Napoletana pizza.

Meet Dean Ponchak. Head Brewer & President of Old Bridge Brewing Company.
Long before Old Bridge Brewing Company opened its doors, Dean Ponchak was brewing beer at home and developing his passion for the craft. Today, as Head Brewer and one of Old Bridge’s owners, he brings that same curiosity and creativity to every batch.
Dean’s philosophy is simple: brew a little something for everybody. From approachable lagers and crisp ales to bold, seasonal and experimental brews, he enjoys keeping the tap list diverse and giving every guest something they’ll love.
For Dean, brewing isn’t just about making great beer, it’s about creating something that brings people together.
